Design Brief
To enable us to understand the nature of your project, providing us with a design brief is a great way to start. The design brief may be in the form of a sketch or a list of requirements.
For example:
- 4 bedroom + study
- Views to the East
- Large alfresco
- Particular features you wish to include eg: raked ceilings
- Kitchen to have walk in pantry
- Photos or pictures of homes you like
- Budget
- Are you obtaining builder’s quotes or contemplating being owner builder
Documents (if available)
- Copy of the Title or Section 32
- Copy of your existing building plans
- Land Survey
- Soil Report

Once we have completed our discussions with you and we have basic understanding of the project we can provide you with a fee proposal for our architectural services along with a guide to other costs and fees that you may incur.
